What is Responsible Gaming?
Responsible Gaming It means gaming with awareness — knowing your limits, staying in control, and playing for fun. It's a habit where you know how much time and money you should spend, and gaming never gets in the way of your daily life, family, or work.
Responsible gaming at BitJilli means you stay in control of your own experience. We're committed to giving you the tools and support to do exactly that.
How to Recognize Problem Gaming
We don't always notice when gaming starts becoming a problem. Watch out for these warning signs:
- You're spending beyond your budget and feeling regret afterwards.
- Chasing losses by playing again and again to win back what you've lost.
- You feel restless or anxious when you're not gaming.
- You're hiding your gaming from family or friends.
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities.
- Taking out loans or draining your savings to fund gaming.
- You've tried to stop gaming repeatedly but haven't been able to.
BitJilli's Safety Tools
BitJilli gives you several effective tools to stay in control of your gaming. You can activate them anytime from your account settings.
Set Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately once set. To increase a limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies — giving you time to think it through.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum time limit for each gaming session. Once the time is up, you'll be logged out automatically and a warning message will be displayed.
Reality Check
A message appears on screen at regular intervals to remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've spent.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you're willing to lose within a set period. Once that limit is reached, you won't be able to place any more bets.
Cooling-Off Period
You can take a break from gaming for anywhere between 1 day and 6 weeks. Your account will be suspended during this time but will not be deleted.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break from gaming, you can activate self-exclusion for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. During this period, you won't be able to log in to your account and all promotional emails will be suspended.
